Daniel 2:24

SV	Daarom ging Daniel in tot Arioch, dien de koning gesteld had om de wijzen van Babel om te brengen; hij ging henen en zeide aldus tot hem: Breng de wijzen van Babel niet om, [maar] breng mij in voor den koning, en ik zal den koning de uitlegging te kennen geven.

Trans.	kāl-qŏḇēl dənâ dānîyē’l ‘al ‘al-’arəywōḵə dî mannî maləkā’ ləhwōḇāḏâ ləḥakîmê ḇāḇel ’ăzal\| wəḵēn ’ămar-lēhh ləḥakîmê ḇāḇel ’al-təhwōḇēḏ h^a‘ēlənî qŏḏām maləkā’ ûfišərā’ ləmaləkā’ ’ăḥaûē’:

AC	כד כל קבל דנה דניאל על על אריוך די מני מלכא להובדה לחכימי בבל אזל וכן אמר לה לחכימי בבל אל תהובד--העלני קדם מלכא ופשרא למלכא אחוא {ס}
ASV	Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he went and said thus unto him: Destroy not the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation.
BE	For this reason Daniel went to Arioch, to whom the king had given orders for the destruction of the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, Do not put to death the wise men of Babylon: take me in before the king and I will make clear to him the sense of the dream.
Darby	Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he went and said thus unto him: Destroy not the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.
ELB05	Dieserhalb ging Daniel zu Arioch hinein, welchen der König bestellt hatte, die Weisen von Babel umzubringen; er ging hin und sprach zu ihm also: Bringe die Weisen von Babel nicht um; führe mich vor den König, und ich werde dem König die Deutung anzeigen.
LSG	Après cela, Daniel se rendit auprès d'Arjoc, à qui le roi avait ordonné de faire périr les sages de Babylone; il alla, et lui parla ainsi: Ne fais pas périr les sages de Babylone! Conduis-moi devant le roi, et je donnerai au roi l'explication.
Sch	Daraufhin ging Daniel zu Arioch, welchen der König bestellt hatte, die Weisen von Babel umzubringen; er nahm ihn beiseite und sprach zu ihm: Bringe die babylonischen Weisen nicht um! Führe mich vor den König, so will ich ihm die Deutung verkündigen.
